Heimaleiga owner data

Your Heimaleiga data, on your terms

Bookings, revenue, reviews and listings for the properties Heimaleiga manages for you — readable from a BI tool, a script, or Claude. Refreshed every 15 minutes.

Two ways in

  • The API — a REST endpoint over your tables (filter, sort, page). Best for Power BI, Sheets, Python, or any script. Uses a service key or your personal sign-in. API guide →
  • Claude (MCP) — connect Claude Desktop or claude.ai and ask questions in plain language; Claude writes the SQL and reads only your data. Uses your personal sign-in. Setup →

Getting started

  1. Heimaleiga issues your access from their side: a personal account (email invite) and, if you asked for one, a service key for automated jobs. How credentials work →
  2. Personal account: open the invite email, set a password, enrol your authenticator app (required unless Heimaleiga has switched it off for you).
  3. Try a request: your first API call, or connect Claude and ask “what was my revenue last month, by building?”
  4. Read what each table and column means — including the few places the data is known to be incomplete.

What you can see

Exactly your listings, their full reservation history (every status), their reviews, and a legacy-shaped stats summary. No guest names, emails or phone numbers are exposed — a stable guest_id lets you count repeat guests without holding their identity.

Your access is scoped by Heimaleiga to your owner account(s). A credential with no matching owner simply sees empty tables — there is nothing to “browse”.
